If you need help with Gruntz, send a message to johnnyhashim@gmail.com. Include your device type, operating system version, app version, and a short description of the issue so we can reproduce it faster.
Open the Gruntz membership area and use the restore flow. If the entitlement does not return, contact support with the store account region and the device platform you used.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Use your store subscription settings to cancel, update billing, or review renewals.
If run tracking or reminders are not working, check system permissions first. Location is only needed for run or ruck tracking, and notifications are optional for reminders.
The current app is primarily local-first. Removing the app or clearing device app data will remove most locally stored progress and preferences from that device.
